If you like spicy "Jerky" try this one.
This recipe is for a half gallon size ziplock bag of meat
In a bowl mix the following ingredients:
3 cups Soy Sauce
1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 cup Tabasco Sauce
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
1/8 cup Liquid Smoke
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TBS Onion Powder
1 TBS Cayenne Pepper
1 TBS Tony Chachera's (Extra Spicy with Dark Red Lid)
1/2 TBS Ground Black Pepper
1 TSP Chili Powder
1 TSP Chipolata Pepper
1 TSP Fire in the Swamp Seasoning
1 TSP Mrs Dash (Table Blend with Green cap)
Cut the meat cross grain, at least as thin as regular bacon.
Mix meat and seasonings together thoroughly. Marinate for two days before dehydrating.
