At 75 lbs, I would recommend just getting a bed extender and doing it that way. Cheaper and easier to load.

Kayak paddle for sure.

Remember Raul, these boats are also good to hunt out of - low profile and easy to hide.

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Taking a dog before they are ready creates issues that are hard to fix if you're occupied with hunting and not spending those times as training...

two things - bend the bottom of the skeg slightly (I use a big pipe wrench) to offset the force and trim down slightly.

Looking at the trailer you can move the brackets for the guide rails outboard of the trailer frame rails, or bend them (that's what I did). Easy peasy.

Hydroturf is kinda rough, it will be worse...

I keep my guide rails a little wider than the boat and center it when trailering. Mine does the same thing and they are carpeted.

I just use a 14' closet rod that I hit with a little paint. I have yet to have one rot on me - I break one about every 3 years. I also keep mine inside (garage).
