When: Friday, June 24, 2005/Capt's Meeting
Saturday, June 25, 2005/Tournament
Where: Squid Lips/Fins Marina: Sebastian, Florida
Eligible Species: Trout/Redfish/Snook/Flounder/Catfish/Jack/Ladyfish
$5000.00 in cash & merchandise
Heaviest Fish: Trout/Redfish 1st/$300, 2nd/$200, 3rd/$100
Most Spots/Redfish: Custom Made "Boner" Rod
Longest Snook/Photo: Hand Carved Snook
Top Guide/Captain: Albackore Tackle System
Heaviest 1st place Ladies Fish: (Trout or Red) Merchandise
Trash Slam/15 & under: Jack Crevalle/Catfish/Ladyfish DU .22cal Rifle
Heaviest Slam: Trout/Redfish Don Ray print
Heaviset Grand Slam: Trout/Redfish/Flounder 12 gauge DU Shotgun
To encourage a safe release, a one-quarter pound per fish penalty will be deducted for any fish brought in dead at time of weigh in (excluding Trash Slam)
Registration opens @ Squid Lips 5:30 pm on Friday, June, 24, 2005
Mandatory Captains Meeting will begin @ 6:45 pm
Wade Fishermen: Check-in @ Squid Lips west parking area @ 5:25 am (approx)
Boat Fishermen: Bimini Start @ the east end of Fins Marina North Channel @ 5:55 am (approx)
All check-ins afterwards till 8:00am @ the Squid Lips dock
Weigh-In: Noon – 3:00 pm (GPS Time)
All live fish will be "tagged" after weigh-in & prior to its release
Awards Ceremony: 4:00 pm
$65.00 per adult: includes a (1) one year membership & magazine to DU, Tournament T-Shirt, & Captains Bag.
$20.00 15 yoa: includes a (1) one year Greenwing membership & magazine to DU, Tournament T-Shirt, & Captains Bag.
