We received an update on the status of hunting for the '05/'06 season.
1. STA 1W will be open again but this year you will be permitted to drive all the way around the cell.
2. STA 5 will be open again but there may be a new entrance and check station off Deer Fence Road. SW corner of the SW cell.
3. STA 3/4 will be open and Byron asked that we be given some time to scout prior to the season. SFWMD Staff said they will accomodate us for some scouting days.
The staff recommendations will be voted on at the June Governing Board meeting.
