The SFWMD Recreation Advisory group will meet at 4 pm at the SFWMD offices on Gun Club Rd. in West Palm Beach. This is a very important meeting as it is the "kick off" meeting of a series to be held in four different locations in south Florida to REWRITE THE SFWMD RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PUBLIC ACCESS AND RECREATION ON ALL SFWMD LANDS!!!!!!!!!
This will be a well publisized string of meetings and you can count on the many "interested parties" turning out to get their piece of the pie. We need a good turnout.
The other meetings will be held in Okeechobee, Kissimmee, Ft. Myers, and Miami locations. All will need UW-F attendance and participation.
THESE MEETINGS WILL SET THE TONE FOR PUBLIC ACCESS FOR YEARS TO COME.....
