Don't forget that the forum contains a calendar. You can access it by clicking on the tab along the top of the page. Here is a direct link that you could save to your favorites...

Any Board member or Regional Director can post events. If you know of an upcoming meeting please let us know and we'll get it added.
To add an event click on "Add New Event" in the upper right corner.
"Ranged Event" will allow you to specify a start and end time. Otherwise it is just like posting in the forums.
