I'm checking right now Fyre. We received an e-mail this morning from the ECC stating that the Babcock's had accepted the deal.

The deal is a bust! :icon_spid

DEP thought the deal was done. A DEP official called one of the ECC delegates and told him the "good" news. He e-mailed other ECC delegates and I posted up. Shortly there after the deal fell through. That's a real shame.
