It seems this expo is sponsored by the Tampa Tribune and the outdoor writer, Frank Sargent, is involved. Need to write him and get on the potential "vendor" list. There are a couple of non profit groups listed in the exhibitors.....booths may be compted or reduced. Sad we missed this one!!!

Newton, I have worked this show several times in the past. They used to comp non-profits, but not sure about now. I was a regular attendee of this show until they changed it to the first weekend in March. It conflicts with a state archery championship. At first, this show had a good number of hunting related vendors. I stopped by today and found very few, SCI, a couple of outfitters and the folks who make gatortail mud motors. Mostly boats and fishing gear.

Would have been cool to hear a high-ball when I walked through the door. I think that it would be great for the hunting community to have groups like UWF in attendance. I wish I could have seen the retrievers out back.
