Was at STA 1 this past Saturday afternoon, and some douche bag let his dog bite the crap out of some poor guy AND his dog (which was on a leash). The guy drove all the way down from north Florida and went home bleeding. The guy that owned the dog is a complete moron and has no business going to any of the STA's or even around any courteous hunters who care about the sport.
I know there are idiots everywhere you go but this guy needs to reach around and pull his head out. Otherwise, the hunting was decent and the STA hunting was as good as could be expected; with those close quarters.

Sorry to hear about the incident, and if the guys dog is a biter he shouldn't have him out there. Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen for that guy.

Tem, pony up the $25 and get on the members side. No action over here!:occasion14

Hi my name is Tony. I guess that would be me you are talking about. It was my dog that was @
STA1W. He is not a biter or aggressive to dogs or humans. He has been around other dogs, people, kids, hunt tests, obedience classes, hunting seminars, and STA's his whole life. He was secure in the bed of the truck all day except for a few moments to air him and get him some shade. He was not running wild all over the place and actually he was in the bed of the truck the whole day. It was an unfortunate accident. I should have been paying closer attention. I had not seen another dog at the STA'S in two years and my dog had never acted like that towards another dog EVER. I agree he should have been leashed or restrained. I was unaware anyone got hurt. I was extremely apologetic to the gentlemen that were involved with the other dog. I dont know if he bit the gentleman or he got caught in his dogs pinch collar during the skirmish. If you want to talk about it or if you know the gentleman that got hurt please call me. 561-856-3271

p.s. For the record I am as courteous as a hunter as you will find. I care about the sport, the sportsmen, the dogs and the ducks.
