when your a native and i do mean a native and not a traaaaansplanted yaaaaankeee with northern ideals placed on a southern culture it means a tracking transmitter device use to track movements of waterfowl or even as our biologist did in the 1960's such as lovett williams & david austin had done for the studies of the florida wild turkey better known as the osceola.
