A thank you to Diane Eggeman for her mention of UW-F in her annual report as seen in DU's Florida wing beats magazine. The text is as follows...
The WMS staff worked cooperatively throughout fiscal year 2001-02 with United Waterfowlers of Florida, a new organization dedicated to representing the interests Florida's waterfowl hunters. Activities included making presentations at the organizations inaugural jamboree in Deltona in August 2001 and coordinating assistance by this groups members in a variety of WMS projects.
Pretty good....building bridges and getting name recognition. :)
