Opinions on slugs

Taking opinions on slug ammo for a Rossi single shot slug gun.
Looking for mid priced ammo not $3.50 per shell.
Anyone have a favorite?

It's a rifled barrel. Also shooting with a scope.

okee, try hornady's sabot slug, costs about 10.00 per box of five.works well in my rem 870 slug w/scope. jack

I have had good luck with the better sabot slugs as mentioned above. Nice 9 point last year at 50 yards, one shot true to the scope just below the spine above the shoulder. Uphill shot so I held just a hair high. Fell and did not get up. Mossberg 500 with rifle barrel and red dot scope.
