The winter meeting will be Saturday January 8 at the HOLIDAY INN TITUSVILLE at 12 noon. All board members, Regional directors, members and guests are invited. The official meeting will be short and to the point as usual, then the meeting will be open to all members to participate.
UW-F has a special rate of $72 per nite (1 to 4 persons). Please identify yourself as a UW-F guest. Phone 321-269-2121 for reservations.
The hotel is adjacent to a park and a boat ramp giving access to the Indian River with good layout hunting and hunting across the river on the opposite shore. Merritt Island Refuge and the St. Johns River marshes are a short drive away. The hotel is boat trailer, family and dog friendly.
There will be lots of other duck hunters using the hotel, so make your reservations asap to insure a room. There are other hotels in the area, but storm damage has reduce the number of rooms available.
