This afternoon (Thurday Feb. 21) at 5 pm the SFWMD WRAC Recreation meeting will be at River Ranch (off Rt. 60 just south of Lake Kissimmee). The Shady Oaks boat ramp replacement is on the agenda and a review of the Kiss. Chain of Lakes "stakeholder resolution" meetings. This includes what will be done in regards to public access and activities in the entire Kissimmee basin.
If you hunt, fish, boat, especially air boat, or have any interest in doing so within the vast Kissimmee river basin you need to attend this meeting.
