What is the status of hunting on greenways?

After a long phone call with Jim At Greenways a few questions have been addresed, It seems a small slice of property has been set aside at caravelle by palatka, the Greenway has quite a few intrest groups setting camps on their property " FREE USE"

Frisbie golf,25 acres,horse groups several thousand acres and trails for hikers.

A push is in progress for adams muck farm at Heather Island a wood duck haven and a hot teal spot!

As with any public property a group with a voice will make things happen

Last I heard was that the Greenways were not open for waterfowl hunting on any public accessible waterways. However they do permit other activities such as fishing, boating and other activities.

Can UW going to work with the DEP Office of Greenways & Trails to allow waterfowl hunting?
