Dennis FYI I will be arriving around 7-8am. I have the UW-F Bylsma Memorial Banner and I will be putting it up as soon as I arrive. I imagine that the members of FSSCA, Byron, and Newton will handle the dedication. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me!
