The year long to date process of a possible revamping of the WMA (and STA, TM Goodwin, etc. for ducks) quota hunt system is tonite at the IGFA offices next to Dania Bass Pro Shop, starting at 6:30 pm...
Although most of the topics will concern the controversal changes proposed for deer and turkey permitting ( ie NO TRANSFERING OF PERMITS) duck hunting is in the mix. FWC representatives will be there.
I have been on the Committee since the beginning and will be there to represent the Stakeholder members...I believe we will have others, ie Byron Maharrey.
Your input is needed to be sure the changes consider all opinions. The committee is forecasted to meet until next summer....do not miss this opportunity if you have a point to make.
