I know some of that area. It is a real hard wood swamp. It is on the outskirts of west st. augustine. How can they fill it w/o some sort of mitigation plan? It will make for some sort of drainage issue in the area. I have flown over it in dry times and it had water in it. I have never hunted it but it looks to be good woody habitat.
