FYI I just bought 4 dozen coot decoys for 150 dollars to my door... If you do the math that means I paid 37.50 per dozen... These are carry lite aqua keel decoys 13 inch. I received mine and they look great. If you go to carry lites website you will see the Retail on the weighted keel is 34.99 per 1/2 dozen. The water keels are no longer available from Carry Lite. This is a great deal and would strongly recommend anyone that needs them, not pass this up... Below I posted carry lites site and the auction I bought them from so you can compare. I also posted a flambeau link from Bass Pro for the water keels.... Thank you Caleb for the heads up on this...

Took some old lead and duct tape, and made my Carrylite Aquakeel coots into weighted keel models a couple yrs ago. I like being able to throw em and count on them sitting up correctly.

You can also buy a bag of bulk shot and silicone the end closed after you pour it in works pretty well also. You might make a few holes in the keel to allow the water to seep in and out to give more stability. Just be sure the holes you make are smaller then shot you put in.
