A friend called last nite looking for a engineer onboard a 100'(?)dinner/tour yacht in Ft Lauderdale. No engineering license necessary. A small boat drivers license (100 ton, or less) is preferred (not essential). The hrs consist of 9-5, mon-fri, unless a charter books. Vessel stays in country, within 3 county area in particular.
Duties include basic engine room maintainence, but the owner hopes the candidate will advance to the wheelhouse as relief captain, ASAP. The vessel is the "Kathleen Windridge". Make your own deal with owner for salary/benefits. Must be reliable and pass drug screen. PM me for contact info if you are interested.
