Byron and I got in some good PR for duck hunting on STAs at this meeting which was actually a technical presentation of the expansion plans for STA 2.

The project manager made the presentation.....not a hunter I can tell you!.... and we were able to do some selling of the need for the support of the "stake holders' for these expensive projects to continue to be funded....in other words: his pay was coming from us and we really would appreciate his considering our requests for access in a positive way in meetings he will be attending on the project over the next few years.

Nice fellow and glad we were able to get to know him.

What can I tell you....to look at the project's "end result" drawing is to look at another 6000 acres or more of prime duck marsh struck right next to Rt. 27 across the road from STA 3/4. This will be in addition to the already thousands of acres of marsh in the current STA 2.

With the 10 miles across EAA Reservoir just on top of (north) of STA 3/4 also just across Rt. 27, there will be over 100 square miles of duck marshes in the immediate area!
