does everyone else see all the ducks i do or am i just lucky coming off i4 at the heathrow exit there has been a flock of ducks upwards of 75 ducks some are coots some are ducks that every time idrive by trying to get a better look i almost cream some ladys car so i try to remeber what im doing (looking at the ducks ) driving why arent they out on the river?

Some call ducks dumb, OK those are the
smart ones.
They have been there all season long,
I see them each week end, most of the
ducks are ringers.

Yep. They're the smart ones....:D

There are several ponds in that area and they move around during the day from pond to pond. Lots of ringers mixed with coots and some sawbills.

Right now I am in internal exile in Virginia, but we have the same problem here.

Last week I came back from a hunt on the James (had a flock of 10 Pintail come into the spread, me and the guy I was hunting with both unloaded, and the Pintails took off unscathed:eek: ) .... anyway saw lots of Swans and geese flying but could not decoy them in. On the way home, saw 20+ Canadas in a retention pond on a cloverleaf:mad:
