I like my Flyway Specialties blind. It pops up easily for one man. Can open in middle to let dog in/out. Removes easily for off-season.

Take a look on their site.

They are located up here near Thomasville, Ga.

Also, I have no trouble using it with a Go Devil -- I just flip the rear half (U-shape) forward and it stands straight up while I travel. They sell a mud motor adaptor but this is better to me.

I have a MudBuddy Quick-Flip and love it. The newer versions (mine is a 2004) are even better - 2 of my buddies have these.

We just made one.

(2) 24ft aluminum pipes - $70
(4) peices of camo mosquito netting - $120
(4) bimini top hinges - $20
(4) bungee straps - $10
(2) rolls camo duck tape - $10

Total ~ $230 (half the price of a prefab)

Only took about 1 hour to make the frame, then a few more to sew the seams. Goes up in under a minute with two guys, maybe two minutes solo. Drops down in less than 10 seconds to chase a bird. Is really light and takes up little space on the boat when rolled up. I like the mosquito netting b/c when we are in good cover, it seems to sheild us from the birds, but we can still see them without looking over the blind (I know, it doesn't make sense, but it works). We still use some palmettos on the front if we are hunting in very sparse or low cover. Of course, you could always substitute some other type of material/grass if you wanted.
