Orange Lake

Does any one have a fairly recent report for Orange Lake?

Dont have any Orange Lake info, but west of there (Tallah area) there is nothing a-tall. Have been skunked in last 4 trips to Jackson, Talquin, Iamonia, and Munson. Have seen only dozen or so ducks at each location.

Therefore, by deduction, 1000s of ringers we should have right now must all be on Orange Lake. Go get em.

Well I hope to either hit Orange or Panasofkee my next trip. According the DU web sight the birds migrating from up north should be this way anytime. We can thank a late Jack frost up north this season for that. I think that was put on their sight around Dec 18th. It was also on waterfowler.com I dont recall all the details but in short the late heavy snows delayed the migration becouse there was still some good food sources up north..
