So I've been getting myself in to more and more different aspects of the culinary world (Curing Meats, Sausage Making, Spicing Booze, Brewing, Wine Making, Ect, Ect.)

I'm looking into starting to make canned preserves in the forms of jams and Marmalade's. Also wouldn't mind canning some of our vegetables as we just pulled up about 35 Potatoes today.

Does anyone have or know of a good book to start with that details the canning process? I have found several that seem to have some clout to them on the internets, but wanted to see if anyone had one they recommended before just purchasing off of amazon! Thank you

I"m interested as well. I think I know somebody at work I'll ask and let you know what I find. I personally would like to do veggies, etc.

Get the "Ball Blue Book". It has been THE handbook for home canning for decades. We can all kinds if veggies, fruit, jellies, etc. It's all you should need.
