It seems that our "friends" in the Sierra Club have decided to stir things up in opposition to the current Babcock Ranch purchase proposal. Link to article in today's Tallahassee Democrat...

Their argument is opposition to the plan to allow the construction of a residential community in one corner of the property. They are essentially saying that if you cannot buy all of the proprety, than do not buy any of it. They say no room for compromise.
The responses from the Babcocks/representatives sound rather dire, but I am sure that there is some posturing involved.
