i posted this on SDH too, but i came up with a scouting report form i have found useful and thought others might like it too. i keep a 3 ring binder with these, some maps i created and aerials ive printed. credit for the idea goes to the waterfowlers journal by peak digital. since you cant attach .pdfs i had to convert it to jpg so its a little fuzzy but just maximize to an 8.5x11 page and print. any comments or suggestions feel free, i can make changes and updates if anyone has good ideas.
