The meeting is in Ft. Pierce begining at 9 am at UF Learning Facility, 2199 S. Rock Rd.
David is a member of the committee and will attend. I will also be attending this particular meeting as David and I have been invited to tour the test CERP Reservoir several miles away with SFWMD personnel during the afternoon.
This tour was offered to allow UW-F to see the design of the Reservoirs and what the "problems" are regarding public access. Knowing the meeting on the EAA Reservoir is the next afternoon at the SFWMD offices, the SFWMD people have stepped up and hope to decrease expected criticism for the recent balking regarding public access to the forthcoming Reserviors.
We appreciate the opportunity as it give us (UW-F) a better chance to fight for our position from a knowledgeable stance at the meeting the next day.
We hope to see a good turnout at that meeting.
