Donate to the Waterfowl Summit here! (http://www.unitedwaterfowlersfl.org/fundraising.htm)

Top donation gets to pick from all Silent Auction items, second largest donation picks second and so on.

Donations are not tax deductible. We are a C(4).

These are not bids, they are donations, all donations are final...but those who donate big have a chance at these big, sweet, some are one of a kind items...with more to come...and all are still very much up for grabs.

Check out what we have so far...

ITEM 1 is a custom designed and crafted Wood Duck Box with hand carved and painted diorama. The wood duck box is a classic design constructed from very rare antique pecky cypress harvested from an old logger's bunk house, over 100 years old. The old bunk house was recently demolished on the Kempfer Ranch in Central Florida. The color of the cypress is the original patina, not stain. The box is a fully functional design constructed in my wood shop using the best of construction techniques. The diorama mounted in the hole depicts the moment of first flight. The Wood duck hen is hand carved by the famous decoy artist - Robert Furia - from Ohio. Bob's decoys are rare and highly prized by duck hunters and collectors alike. On top of the wood duck box you can see an example of one of Bob Furia's cork gunners, a Wood duck drake (not included). The hen is tupelo wood with glass eyes and hand painted with acrylic paints. When you peek into the wood duck box you can see the young wood duck next to the hen. The wood duck box comes ready to hang in a special place, branded on the back with the UW-F logo branding iron, signed and numbered. Only 4 of these boxes exist. Only 1 box with a diorama will be available during this fundraiser. Est value - $650

ITEM 2 is a custom carved and painted Wood Duck gunner by Dwane Ong of Michigan. This Wood duck drake decoy is hollow white cedar with a tupelo head, glass eyes, hand carved and painted with acrylics and is a true gunning decoy, shot over only a few times and in pristine condition...with just a touch of character. Dwane Ong has won Best of Show with his decoys and rigs at the ODCCA Westlake show. They float sweet and look beautiful in the den or on a shelf during the off season. Est Value - $400
