Dan, No they sold the peice your thinking for $1000.00 a acre. There's a parcel that 20 acres by my place there asking 2000.00 a acre. Backs up to my son. Open pasture just planted in Long Leaf. Some sort of tax break and the state pays a certain amount for 10 years.
