The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will meet at Hawk’s Cay Resort on Duck Key Nov. 19-21. The meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. all three days.
The agenda for Wednesday, Nov. 19 includes a decision on whether to approve a final biological status report regarding manatees. The report is part of the FWC’s process of classifying imperiled species. Wednesday’s agenda also includes final action on proposals to classify the Miami blue butterfly as an endangered species and the Panama City crayfish as a threatened species.
