It was announced today that Melissa Meeker will become the new Ex.Director of the South Florida Water Management District.
She was recently named to be the "water czar" at the FDEP by Gov. Scott and was formerly a SFWMD Gov. Board member.
Melissa was involved with the WRAC and REC WRAC and UW-F considers her a friend to recreation opportunities on District land.
We look forward to working with the new Governing Board members and Ex. Director at SFWMD....
