UW-F WINTER HUNT & MEETING IMPORTANT INFO

I was by the motel today after hunting STA 5 and counted the chairs on the pool deck where we plan to hold the meeting. There are 21 chairs and we will have 40 or so attending....SO....we all have camp chairs....might be a good idea to have one with you.

The motel is right across the street from WAL MART and next to Burger King on the North side of Clewiston.....look south. There is construction on the building next door that obscures the sign.

I also stopped by SONNY'S BBQUE.....they said they would need about an hour's notice for 40 lunches and would deliver. We will sort out a way to get as many advance orders before Sat. am....WATCH for the post on how we are going to do this. I have a menu. We may give a few choices and ask for you to "vote" on each one so we will order the amounts chosen.

I spoke with Joe today and he said UW-F could spring for lunch Sat. without breaking the bank....if we sold a lot of raffle tickets!!!! just before the drawing.....and so we will be placing an order with Sonnys for a mixed plate lunch featuring their ribs, chicken etc. and sides for all. We have a count of 44 at the present time. We need to put the order in with plenty of lead way, they will deliver at noon Sat. Therefore, be sure you reply to the Thread on attendance as that will be our guide for the order.

Be sure to include all coming....ie guests.
