The Holidays are over and the agency meetings and group meetings are starting up again. UW-F will be there. The SFWMD WRAC meeting is Thurs at 9 am at the SFWMD offices on Gun Club Rd. in WPB. The Everglades Coordinating Council is at 7:30 pm in Ft. Lauderdale. The SAFER meeting is at Bass Pro Shop in Ft. Lauderdale at 7:30 January 17. UW-F will be presenting a plaque to the Executive Director of the SFWMD at the Board Meeting January 11 with news coverage by the Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinal. The Lake Okeechobee Restoration meeting will be January 25 in Ft. Myers.
Other meetings will occur across the state with Regional Directors and members on hand to represent Florida waterfowlers.
And.....the UW-F WINTER HUNT AND BOARD MEETING will be a fun event in Clewiston Jan. 14/15......
