What are the dimensions? Is it watertight?

Dimensions are width at the top = 16", width at bottom 9.25", height = 13" and the length is 60.25". I never installed in my boat so do not know how water tight it is. It is the standard gun box installed in most boats that have them, so it is probably no better or worse than those found in other boats. There are no holes in the top or sides. There are mounting holes in the bottom. I could see the potential perhaps for some seepage around the locking mechanism or through the mounting holes on the bottom if you flooded the bottom of the boat. My plan was to put some wooden slats in the bottom of the box to keep things from sitting on the bottom.
