i'm not totally sure sid , but thats what i think. man you should see it attack those crickets.. dang its fast. thanks for looking and commenting

Ii was watching a banana spider outside my window last night a lightnig bug hit is web and it was all over it and had it wrapped in about 3 seconds with web. Cool stuff as long as their not biting me. They make me hurt myself.

Cool pics. Spiders always creep me out though. I have pet a tiger but I'd rather not handle a spider in any other manner but on the sole of my shoe :evil1:

thanks it was kind of neat watching eat:smileinbo only left a little part of the head. three crickets later he was full.

Not a wolf, it's a "Wood Spider" (that's what we have always called them. You must live near the woods? That's definately not a "city" spider. We have them all over the place. Really scares the **** out of the wife and kids...lol

Especially the females, they get the size of your hand....Great shot.


Edit note, I did some checking this actually looks like a Huntsman Spider...

I have two spiders I have never seen before in over 30 plus years here in florida that made some webs last night in the fornt yard that are amazing !!

They are also the size of your hand! Hope to get some shots of them tonight!
