Tank report

Tanks been in finishing school for a month now.
The foundation I trained is paying off.
I Spoke with Kathy his trainer and he is coming along nicely.

I spoke to Alan today and he says Tank is surpassing some of the other dogs that have been traning longer.
I'm a proud dad . Looks like I set up good foundation.

Alan and Kathy are great people. I see them at conformation shows as well as hunt tests. You made a good decision to have them work with Tank. I know it is a long drive up to Crestview, but their time with you is almost as important as their time with Tank. Diesel's trainer, Mike Sommers, lives 15 minutes from my shop and his training facility is 1/2 hour from my house. I tried to work with him one afternoon each week. I honestly think training my chessie was easier for him than training me! I guess I am what you call a "work in progress".

When Kathy trains you tell her to set the e-collar on low till you get used to it. She can turn it up a little later when her commands get a bit more complicated. :laughing1

Got back from the Bahamas last Night on my way to get Tank today and posibly get shock trained myself.

I had my second seccion with Kathy and Tank. Third tomorrow and then back to Ft.Lauderdale from Crestview.
Kathy and Alan have done a great job with Tank.I would highly recomend them.
