So I shot my first turkey this and it was a blast. I have heard nothing but bad things about eating them, but I eat everything I kill. So I gave it a try. I took one brest, cut it into strips and into a zip lock bag. Then sliced up a whole lemon. added some Chardonay, garlic, EVOO, and some salt and pepper. let it sit over night. Then fried it up useing the uncle buck spicey chicken fry.

MAN was it good. Might be the best game I have ever eat. Can't wait to cook up the other brest, I just wish I had more.

Just wanted to share it with you all.

Joe,

In a pinch when you have run out, try Publix and Winn Dixie. They carry fresh turkey breast.

Taste like Pheasant.....umm good!

The next breast try casserole style....cut Turkey into strips/cubes, Gravy "jar/ home made", corn, or green beens, or peas, carrots, spices, peppers/onions bake at 320 for a good hour then adjust temp. if needed as well as time to cook about 2 hours and it should be right. Boil up a sack of egg noodles and Buono Apetiteo! Don't forget the potatoes:occasion14

congrats on the Bird:occasion14
