We share the food, not the recipe. A lot of our stuff is prepped well in advance of our arrival, it keeps the recipe secret. Helps with the aura! I will say that Converted and his friend were cooking up some nice meat the last afternoon at STA5.

Speaking of horse, have you ever tried some real uruguayan horse meat casserole? I'll be nice and post my recipe next time I make it, you can substitute corned beef for the horse, meat is very similar.

I've actually had horse meat in Germany and found it pretty tasty.

Cubans eat tasajo and this was originally horsemeat

Horse meat is excellent!!!!! Pretty hard to find it here. Lately they've been busting some Cubans for slaughtering horses down here in Miami.

Why? Is it illegal to butcher a horse? I bet they could care less if it was a goat or something.
