First I want to thank Señor G8r for being the inspiration for this recipe.

All you need is;

a limit of duck breasts
one Spanish Yellow Onion
1/2 pint of heavy cream
3/4 quart of store bought chicken stock
3 or 4 cubed potatoes
Salt and white pepper

Mince the onion finely( unless you're a master with the knife, better use a food processor). Saute them in essence of the gods(olive oil) till they are translucent.
Add the salted duck breasts for a very brief time in high heat and the potatoes.
Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil at which time you cover with a lid and decrease the temp to low. Cook thus for one hour.
Then add the heavy cream and sprinkle it with white pepper to taste for another hour or two. Every once in a while stir and correct with salt.

This can be served over white rice if you wish( please do not use Uncle Ben Perverted Rice).

sounds good. I do similarly, except I'll reduce some white wine

I’m making this right now with BB legs and teal breast. I also added some red pepper to it for a little spice. :occasion14
