On Thursday Sept. 22 at 0700 at the T.M. Goodwin check station. To assist with the installation of a culvert/pump to aid in the manipulation of the areas.
This shouldn's take very long and some pre-hunt scouting will also be on the agenda as everyone should have their areas already.
Please post if you are interested.

That's tough - during the middle of the week, right before teal season. Even if I lived close I could not help - "gotta keep working for what they want you to pay...".

Joey I am trying to get off. Only hang up is I'm taking Wednesday off to attend the FWC meeting in St. Pete. I pushed some of my work to Thursday so it is going to be a last minute call for me. Do you think we might be done by noon? I'll let you know. Sorry I can't give you a definite.

Not sure when we will finish. Its SUPPOSED to be just a couple of hours but who knows. Last minute is fine. I can be reached by cell at 772-633-8685.
I know the timing is poor. Originally it was supposed to be after the season in October but as is often the case things change.
Thanks for the sticky whoever did it!

First off...Todays weather proves without a doubt that the lord loves volunteers! We got to the check station at 7 AM and went straight up to broadmoor(with a slight detour to look at our spot for saturday...woo-hoo!)
We were blessed with heavy cloud cover all day and a pretty fresh breeze.
The job went very well and UW-F members J Richter Sr and J Richter Jr and Aaron Pritchard along with a prospective new member Ken(sorry didn't catch last name) and Goodwin staff Mike M, Eddy H and Brett... plus as an added bonus..The big boss man, Steve R showed up too and got plenty dirty.
The staff will now have the ability to manipulate the water more efficiently in Broadmoor reservior. Brett got some digital pics so i'll try and get them up.
It was a fairly big project but many hands make light work!...Thanks again guys for giving up your time.... Think I'll pop an advil! :)
