Okay...so I went to Kevin's in Tallahassee today to look for waders. I have not purchased a pair in many years. Every pair of waders in the store came up to just below my neck. Now, I'm 5'7", but they had nothing that I even thought I could get away with wearing.

Any body else out there have this problem, and if so, what brand did you wind up buying?

I'm vertically challenged also. I use the Alpha Burly Swamp Fox Breathables. You can layer when cold, but for 5'6" 175lbs they fit great. They are well worth the money.

I think Joe wears the waist high waders as marsh hobbit chest waders.:icon_tong

I found a pair on Cabela's that I ordered. There were a few "complaints" about the chest waders on coming up past the belly button, so I figured that would be just about the right size for me! I'll post when I get them in and let you guys know how they fit.

Merry Christmas to all!

Kevin's sucks a big ol' fat one. If you want to buy there stuff at regular prices go anywhere else because you can go to Walmart or anywhere online and buy it at a 20% discount. And they are rarely helpful in any situation. I am all for supporting locally owned businesses but they have nothing to offer. I hope someone sees this that is associated with that store.

Felt good to get that off my chest:evil1:
