Hard to screw this one up and even Mrs Converted loves it.

Flour and season duck breasts or venison and brown in a hot skillet with oil. A minute on each side will do it. Put it in a covered baking dish with a couple jars of your favorite boston market gravy and bake for 2 hours at 350. Serve with mashed patatoes or rice. Doesn't last long around my place. Just had it Sunday with last weekends ducks. Didn't need a knife, the duck breast just pulled apart with a fork.

Sounds like a good way to eat some of the snow goose I brought back from Canada.

Made it last night with Snow goose, very good but I had to spice it up some for me.

Tried this last week with a large batch of venison and it was among the best I've ever eaten... I did however stray some from the original recipe by making my own gravy which included a healthy dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of minced onion. It was a absolute homerun with my family.
