The wording of the new "rules" had a few places that seemed contradictory and several of the group offered suggestions, the larger part in written form.
Overall, the situation is very positive and much improved from times past. Recreational access, including hunting, is getting up front attention.
The ACCER8 program will require extra attention as anything missed at the very earliest stages of planning is almost sure to be left out and hard to get inserted. These projects include STAs and Reservoirs.
If all goes as planned and the FWC agrees to take on the responsibility to "manage" there will be thousands of new acres for waterfowling developed during the next four years.
